Headed the Talent Management & Business Partner - HR functions of 'Consulting & Domain Services' line of business. Diversified experience, of more than a decade, outside Human Resources function o Experience as Program Manager and Agile Process Consultant for a key account in the US region of IT Services line of business in IBS o Experience in service delivery management of a key account in East Asia region for the IT services line of business of IBS. o Service delivery experience in Business Analysis (Sea Port Operations & Airline Domain) and Project Management. o Experience in PMO function for Service Delivery, Avient Solutions (IBS acquired company based in London, UK) and IBS Cochin Centre. o Experience in Process Engineering and Quality Assurance activities at IBS Software (P) Ltd.
