Who am I? A professionally qualified project functionality consultant handling the end to end processes related to Business Analysis. With a 10+ years of industry experience and a strong on Agile project implementation, I have been involved as a pivotal entity in the key projects and modules. Why am I here? I strongly believe that client communication and management is the main element that allows a company or a team to succeed and that is what I focus as my career goal. I work towards formulating unconventional solutions in situations where the ratio of "limitations" and "processes" do not necessarily be proportional. What do I do the best? - Initiating and maintaining discussions with prospective leads - Collecting one liner requirements and build a Minimum Viable Product (an MVP approach that I am currently experimenting on) - Preparing initial high level understanding documents, Functional Requirement Specifications, Use cases and Software Requirement Specification docs whenever necessary - Involving in decision making processes of the firm at various stages and closely working with the top management in strategic planning The ideology that keeps me charged - "Business runs on trust and relations...Relations grow with communication and networking"
