With 20 plus years of experience working in Human Resources, I bring with me stability, dedication, knowledge and commitment to every area of the field. Employee relations, dealing with team member challenges and finding solutions to ensure a win win for all involved is where I thrive. I also very much enjoy, building a strong workforce, from the onset of the recruiting process, performance management and throughout a team members tenor which ensures longevity within the organization and career growth for the team member.
