Independent IT Project Management Consultancy company focused on process improvements in the implementation processes. I’ve found a passion for the development of visual design renderings, specifically utilizing CAD architectural software. This opportunity has guided me to increase my knowledge through academia, a pursuit of the AutoCAD design certification via Northern Virginia Community College. The love and excitement that I have when it comes to applying CAD visualizations to remodeling projects for homeowner’s brought me to college. As a result, the continued skills I have acquired has facilitated my further desire to become an entrepreneur in the construction industry. I have launched my own company that primarily focuses on two parallel work streams, consulting, marketing, and B2B process improvements. customer’s ideation when it comes to residential remodeling or renovation projects. The architectural business’s focused on supporting current and future customers in the pre-construction phase of their home remodeling projects. Upon a successful engagement, I plan to utilize referrals as a method of my social marketing plan. I have been fortunate to align my new passion of design drafting with the approach of facilitating customer’s project needs by transforming their ideas into a workable construction document for bid and submittal to county inspectors for approval.
