I am passionate about helping people succeed – from engineers in Silicon Valley to farmers in Zambia. Driven by a desire for continuous improvement, I am an avid reader, study leadership and technology, and explore new ways to collaborate and solve problems. I am a goal-oriented leader who values critical thinking and data-driven decisions. As a leader, I focus on individual and team development and enjoy helping people play to their strengths. Working in talent development for over 20 years enabled me to hone my skills in strategic leadership, relationship management, talent development, program management, curriculum development, field enablement, instructional design, competency assessments, certification, and education services. I love meeting people from all over the world who benefit from our learning programs. I have been fortunate enough to participate in a program over the past seven years through Hitachi Vantara in collaboration with Peace Parks Foundation to provide training for farmers and laptops for schools in Zambia.
