In my roles I have advised Boards, owners, and executive teams on financial strategy and execution for multi-site operations across numerous industries - consumer products, industrial/aerospace, specialty chemicals, HVAC, and construction. I have built high performance teams and led organizations ranging in size from 3 to over 100 in finance and operations support. My strengths are business development, financial strategy and modeling, planning and forecasting, process improvement, leadership consulting, and organizational development/restructuring. I have built a reputation as a business leader who can work with the various department heads across an organization to drive strategy, grow and build businesses, and establish sustainable processes for revenue growth and expense control.
