I have 30 years of experience in Mining and Minerals Processing including operation, research and development, technology, consulting, management and executive roles. In addition to managing and directing technology and innovation, I am a specialist in comminution with research, industrial and consulting experience. I have conducted hundreds of consulting projects globally, involving optimisation of mining and milling operations (Mine to Mill), greenfield circuit design, brownfield expansions, support during commissioning, throughput forecasting and geometallurgical modelling, asset optimisation and continuous improvement.
