I have 8.5+ years of experience in Procurement & Management Consulting domain. I am currently working as Contracts Manager - IT at Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd, one of the biggest MNCs in New Zealand and the largest Exporter of Dairy products. Primary responsibility includes the Vendor Management and Contracts management. Previous role at Fonterra was Procurement Project Manager to facilitate the transformation of Procurement Technology landscape, which includes drafting the Technology transformation roadmap, execution of the roadmap & implementation of the best-in-class Procurement application across Fonterra. Prior to joining Fonterra, I have worked for Zycus, a Spend Management company, and managed the Solution Consulting team for APAC region covering Australia & New Zealand, Middle East Asia, South East Asia and India, and as Business Analyst in Satyam Computers for their Infrastructure Management Services (IMS). My current job responsibilities are • Vendor Management: Manage vendor performance and liaise with BU’s key stakeholders regarding vendor performance against their requirements. • Contract Management: Manage contract renewals, draft new amendments and negotiate contract changes within existing contracts. • Deliver & Commercial Governance Framework: Establish and/or maintain relevant and effective Governance Frameworks with vendor base including effective management, monitoring and reporting of Commercial issues driving prompt resolution • Sourcing execution: Conduct Strategic Sourcing events – both one-off RFx (Tender) or full Sourcing Project securing the best value for Fonterra on contract of supply of Products and/or services.
