Brucemond Chan is an integrated marketing professional with 20+ of years’ experience in highly competitive industries where she has achieved a solid track record in building Hong Kong’s top brands, driving financial results and organisational digital transformation. Presently the Associate Marketing Director of Fonterra Hong Kong, Brucemond oversees a full spectrum of marketing functions for all consumer brands including Anmum, Anlene and Anchor. At Fonterra, Brucemond imparts her integrated marketing expertise and has also deepen her experience in CRM and social CRM. As the most senior marketer within one of Fonterra’s business unit, Brucemond manages business financials and has driven Anmum to become a market leader with over 67% market share. Anlene also regains market leadership position. Brucemond embraces change and believes “ Change is the Law of Life and those who look only to the past or persist are certain to miss the future”. A strong believer that “None of us is as smart as all of us.” Brucemond nurtures a close knit working relationship with all her partners and embraces innovation in everything she leads. In her last two roles at Wyeth Nutrition and Fonterra, Brucemond successfully led her teams to achieve over 100 marketing awards at both local and global level. At Fonterra, Brucemond and her team won the “Global Most Achieved Award” and “Greater China President Award – Star Team” as well. Brucemond is a Chartered Marketer of CIM and is a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Msc in Marketing. She honored with The Dean’s List 2002-2003 for outstanding academic performance.
