Human Resources I am a manager who has experience in senior operational roles across industries where business strategy, professional multi dimensional marketing and commercial decision making are expected at the highest level. New Zealand companies where I have been involved in the strategy and marketing areas are Carter Holt Harvey, Tourism Holdings Limited and CMI Fasteners Ltd. Highlights include:  Developed and taken ownership of annual budgets, business and marketing strategy and alignment including development of board and external partner presentations.  In all roles used effective marketing and business development tools to improve business performance.  Opened the new Stingray Bay enclosure at Kelly Tarlton's Antarctic Encounter and Underwater World on time and budget whilst working around a fully operating aquarium and the visiting public under one of Auckland’s busiest road ways.  Always had a first hand knowledge of key performance indicators, budgets and forecasts on a monthly basis and is used to reporting to a Chief Executive or Board member level for the past 15 years across 3 main industries.  Managed the relocation and start-up of the Cream Products plant from Te Puke to Edgecumbe including all the staff, process and integration issues.  Delivered steady improvement in performance (into the high 90% range) for DIFOT and Perfect Order Index for Whakatane, Kinleith and Penrose pulp and paper mills.  Maintained control of the Sales and Operations Planning role for two key businesses by managing a monthly forum including two Chief Executives and their respective sales and production managers.
