Simon Hill is an experienced spatial thinker, sales leader, account executive and project manager with more than 28 years of public and private sector experience, predominantly in the Government and Public Safety arena. Simon takes a strategic approach to his work and combines strong project management and inter-personal skills with a solid track record of developing innovative solutions, implementing complex systems and managing change. His broad sales and consulting experience is underpinned by his solution orientation where pragmatism and clarity of vision are the keys to success. As a sales executive Simon has demonstrated the ability to understand his customers' business, to listen to their needs and to forge a partnership that delivers results for his customers and his own organisation.
