I have also worked at both local and state federal government levels to deliver innovative geospatial technology solutions to some of Australia’s most challenging natural disasters and crises. With an adaptive leadership style, I am recognised as a strategic thinker who is able to influence across multilayered stakeholder relationships to deliver positive outcomes and benefits. As the head of Esri Australia’s disaster response and recovery program, I provided hundreds of government and community leaders with access to cutting-edge technology, maps and apps to support their COVID-19 response and recovery strategies. An authority in the Australian public safety sector, I've also held leadership roles with the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service, where I oversaw the award-winning technical response to the 2011 Queensland floods and Tropical Cyclone Yasi.
