Crystal Cason is a communications expert with a passion for visual storytelling and creative reporting. She has more than eight years of experience spanning the public, private and nonprofit sectors. In her role as Communications Specialist at EnCompass, Crystal utilizes skills in desktop publishing, graphic design, and writing/editing to design and develop exceptional products for clients like USAID, the Peace Corps, and various UN agencies. Crystal also serves as EnCompass'​ chief brand strategist, managing all corporate communications initiatives and providing oversight for all digital communications platforms, including the company's website, blog, and social media feeds. Having worked and studied across Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia, Crystal has programmatic experience in HIV/AIDS, human rights and gender equality, and community development. She holds an MA in International Relations from Webster University.
