I am an international development professional with experience transforming the way purpose- and equity-driven clients generate and use data to inform decisions. I utilize Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) tools and approaches to incite change and reach for liberation for communities around the globe, encouraging the shift of resources, power, and decision-making to global majority communities and disadvantaged peoples. I specialize in complex United States Government activity management, culturally responsive and utilization-focused evaluation, strategic learning and adaptive management, and qualitative and quantitative research in multiple sectors including Democracy and Governance, Human Security, Economic Development, and Land Tenure and Resource Governance. I have worked with a diverse set of clients (from foundations and non-profits, to USAID and MCC) and have served in capacities including Team Leader/Chief of Party, Associate Director, Senior Advisor, and Senior Program Manager. I hold a MA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) with a focus in International Economics and Southeast Asia. I am a native English speaker and also speak Indonesian.
