As an organizational development (OD) and learning executive, I boost organizational performance by applying over 10 years of success conceptualizing, developing, and delivering HR/training programs and systems. Recognized for my change management expertise at both the strategic and tactical levels, I effectively manage large-scale OD projects within diverse, matrixed environments by building partnerships with internal stakeholders as well as external contributors to maximize success. I am a collaborative leader with a consultative approach who effectively drives people-focused programs forward, achieving organizational alignment and improvements across all levels of the enterprise. I began my career as a store manager in the retail industry where I learned the importance of mentoring and supporting staff and providing consistent employee training. It is from this foundation that I started my HR career as a corporate trainer, where I developed a strong learning foundation upon which I designed, facilitated, and managed a vast array of corporate courses. My business acumen was sharpened as I became knowledgeable in the strategies, goals, and operations of the various organizations and the diverse capacities in which I served. Using adult learning tactics that inform and energize I am known for creating learning experiences that help people make their own learning connections and that are interactive, data-driven, and supportive to all participants.
