I have management experience in multiple facets of the Supply Chain Industry. I’ve worked on many teams: Master Data SAP Integration, Procurement, Merger & Acquisition, and Category Management. This has helped me build an extensive skill stack that includes strategic planning and negotiating, SAP and Business Analytics expertise, program development and integration, project management, and the ability to work with and manage a variety of high performing teams that bring millions of dollars to the bottom line. I am passionate about mentoring and developing members of our team. Building relationships on a personal level is the key to creating a successful team; having a safe space to vent, brainstorm and collaborate will inspire them to be amazing. At the end of the day when I look at myself in the mirror I want to be happy and proud of what I see. I can only do that by staying true to myself both personally and professionally.
