A results driven leader with over 20 years’ experience inspiring talent to deliver world class business performance and creative solutions for blue-chip brands. Currently working directly with clients to solve their business problems through the creation of new business models, customer experiences, digital products/services and operational excellence frameworks. Previously Managing Director at Doner UK. Beforehand, worked at Addison Lee to build their Marketing and Product Innovation function. During this time I delivered a substantial improvement in their marketing return, product performance and brand sentiment. Achieved through the creation of multiple digital product experiences, integrated promotional campaigns, performance marketing, an innovation lab, and a customer loyalty scheme. As CEO of Collective London we won 11 new accounts in two years. Achieved by creating a new agency proposition, inspirational creative environment, and increasing the agency profile. As Managing Director of McCann London I delivered a substantial increase in revenue, EBITDA and digital billings. Substantial part of my career was over 12 years at AKQA building the agency globally. Growing the London, SF and NYC offices before returning as UK GM responsible for the day to day running of the largest office - London. During this time the business substantially increased both revenue and EBITDA; opened offices; and won over 100 major awards, including 20 ‘Agency of the year’ titles. Pitched, won and delivered a wide range of interactive projects for major clients, including Coca-Cola, Heineken, Diageo, Motorola, Sainsbury’s, Fiat, Nike, Xbox and Microsoft. Including the development of the high profile Xbox 360 console user interface. Prior to AKQA I worked at IBM as a Management Consultant providing strategic guidance to BBC, CNN and Bertelsmann. After graduating with a First Class degree in Business Studies and Marketing, I started my career by joining Deloitte and qualifying as an Expatriate Tax accountant.
