A results driven leader with over 18 years’ experience inspiring talent to deliver world class creativesolutions and business performance for blue-chip brands.Recently left Addison Lee after building their Marketing and Product Innovation discipline. During this time I delivered a substantial improvement in their marketing return, product performance and brand sentiment. Achieved through the creation of multiple digital product experiences, integrated promotional campaigns, performance marketing, P.R, an innovation lab, CRM and a customer loyalty scheme.Previous to Addison Lee I spent two years as CEO of Collective London where the reliance on one major client was reduced by winning 11 new accounts in two years. Achieved by creating an agency proposition, inspirational creative environment, and increasing the agency profile. Prior to Collective I spent 18 months as Managing Director of McCann London where I delivered a substantial increase in revenue, EBITDA and digital billings by raising the quality of the creative output.Previous to McCann, I spent over 12 years at AKQA, building the agency globally. Growing the London, SF and NYC offices before returning as UK General Manager responsible for the day to day running of the largest office - London. During this time the business substantially increased both revenue and EBITDA; opened offices; and won over 100 major awards, including 20 ‘Agency of the year’ titles.Pitched, won and personally delivered a wide range of interactive projects for major clients, including Coca-Cola, Heineken, Diageo, Motorola, Sainsbury’s, Fiat, Nike, Xbox and Microsoft. Including the development of the high profile Xbox 360 console user interface.Prior to AKQA I worked at IBM as a Management Consultant providing strategic guidance to BBC, CNN and Bertelsmann. After graduating with a First Class degree in Business Studies and Marketing, I started my career by joining Deloitte and qualifying as an Expatriate Tax accountant.
