Professional Women’s Lacrosse wasn’t in my future, so I decided to take a different path. I am an expert in the social media marketing and employee advocacy fields. Each day I work hard to make the social media world a well-known home for the business to business community. It’s no longer just consumer brands making an impact on social. I currently lead Sterling's social media program and strategy where in 2021 I helped our program grow impressions by 15%, video views by 87%, and achieve an overall 5.6% engagement rate. In September of 2020, I led the launch of Sterling Live, Sterling's weekly live series across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube - I continue to drive the strategy for this program and produce/host each episode. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Prior to Sterling, I was the Head of Global Social Media and Employee Advocacy at Dun & Bradstreet. In 2018, I led Dun & Bradstreet's social media program to grow their global following base by 13% and click-throughs by 97.8%. Our Employee Advocacy program increased shares by 41.8%, reach by 24.1%, and engagements by 124%. In 2017, we increased reach by 277%, clicks by 812% and engagements by 284% globally. In 2016, I helped the program to a 50.3% increase in engagement on Twitter, a 118.5% increase in engagement on Facebook and a 180.3% increase in engagement on LinkedIn. Let’s get social & connect!
