As an accomplished and business-driven Head of Data and Data Science, I have a proven track record of delivering exceptional financial results by building innovative teams and driving profitable growth. Through strategic, data-driven initiatives, I supported pushing company revenue from $800M to $2.4B during my tenure. This work, along with fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, enabled the company's recognition as #6 in Fast Company's 2023 Best Workplaces for Innovators. In the past two years, I dramatically expanded Data Science capability, successfully built and expanded a high-performing ML Engineering team, while concurrently establishing a robust Analytics Engineering capability. Through my leadership, I spearheaded initiatives that led to multiple, on-line models enhancing decision-making, automation, and efficiency leading to signficant business value (e.g., one mode is generating $16M annualized margin/profit). Concurrently, we tripled our data processing volume while making significant strides in cost efficiency. Previously, I ran the Data Science team at Dun & Bradstreet and dramatically increased the number of new products offered while significantly growing the Data Science team and Data Science revenue.
