I’ve always been a glass 1/2 full person and believe that no challenge is too big or too daunting. I’m a strong leader and a problem solver (in fact I get a kick out of overcoming challenges!) and believe that anything is possible through creative thinking, collaboration, and hard work. These traits have helped me succeed in my 25+ years as a marketer. As a Marketing leader, I support organizations' growth objectives by helping to develop go-to-market strategy and a marketing roadmap, as well as building and nurturing successful teams. I stay patient and calm, especially in challenging and stressful situations, and am able to get individuals and teams to focus on the task at hand in order to deliver results. I also believe that diversity and equity in the workplace can and will positively impact the bottom line. When I’m not working, I travel around the world with my family every chance I get! I also believe in giving back to those less fortunate by volunteering and contributing to worthwhile organizations. I believe exploring other cultures and connecting to people different than myself, and giving back to my local and global community is good for the soul. I also love to read, practice yoga, play Pickle Ball (silly name, but incredibly fun!), and entertain friends and family in my home.
