David joined Digital Realty in 2012 as the Director of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for developing the overall strategic recruiting direction. In his more than 20 years experience prior to joining Digital Realty Trust, David held a variety of HR leadership positions with an emphasis on workforce management, talent acquisition and mobilization services. David regularly presents and serves as a panelist at conferences focused on best practices in talent acquisition and contingent workforce management. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
