Covering a period of ten years, I have gained extensive experience in all areas of the marketing mix. I have worked in both B2B and B2C environments for SME’s and large global organisations in the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions of the globe. My marketing initiatives have equated to an array of objectives including lead generation / increasing opportunity pipeline, retention and exposure. Focusing on both inbound and outbound, my initiatives have included multichannel and integrated elements covering digital, offline, direct, event, PR and brand. Sub elements include, PPC, SEO, affiliate, HTML, email, mobile, social, design, website build, video, print and shoots. With the advancement and uptake of cloud based software tools, I have experience in CRM and marketing automation software to nurture leads into sales ready prospects. Project management has been an essential skill when working with and managing the various stakeholders of an initiative, ranging from external agencies to heads of departments to CXO’s. I have had the opportunity to line manage in my career and support my peers within their working environment.
