James J. Sfiris is well versed in the Sarbanes-Oxley reporting requirements, including SEC and PCAOB reporting experience with involvement in multiple PCAOB inspections/reviews. He has extensive experience in the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls as required by Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Sfiris also has knowledge of US GAAP within different industries and markets, including experience with IFRS reporting requirements.
