Dustin is a Senior Manager in DHG's Transaction Advisory practice, focusing on assisting buyers and sellers execute middle market transactions. DHG's M&A advisors assist clients by conducting financial and tax due diligence, advising on purchase price negotiations, and assisting with working capital and other closing negotiations.
