With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, I have served all areas of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. My primary focus is hospitality. I have a variety of clients in this arena, including hotels, resorts, management companies, and investors and private equity groups. My services include transaction advisory, due diligence, and advisory and assurance services. I also consult with clients on federal, state and local tax credits and incentives, regulatory changes, compliance, human resource consulting, and operational reviews. Within the hospitality industry, I primarily work with hotels and resorts. My knowledge of this economically sensitive sector allows me to assist clients with strategic financial and operational decisions. I have helped clients with property identification and acquisition and strategic transitional planning. I serve as the Market Managing Partner of the Memphis and Dallas practice units of DHG LLP. Before the members of Rhea & Ivy, P.L.C. joined DHG in 2008, I was Chief Manager of Rhea & Ivy, P.L.C., one of the oldest public accounting firms in Memphis.
