Corey is an experienced accounting professional, currently serving as a Partner in the FORVIS Charlotte, NC office. With more than 20 years of experience working with private equity investors, investment banks, and companies, Corey focuses on transaction advisory, accounting, and assurance services. He leads buy-side, sell-side and capital raise due diligence engagements for private equity investors, investment banks, and companies which focus on the middle market. Corey also leads post-acquisition accounting engagements for portfolio companies, such as purchase price allocations, working capital adjustments and assurance services. His industry focus includes: manufacturing and distribution, consumer goods and services, business services, healthcare, transportation and logistics, technology, and life sciences.
