I have great experience with managing and engaging several clients. I drive the different processes from the beginning of the engagement to the continuous maintenance and optimization of the clients business. I am responsible together with the client for their performance, strategy, implementation and to manage the transformation internally.Furthermore, I have extensive experience especially with helping companies with their digital transformation, how to use the digital opportunities, and build a business. I am the link between the IT and the business and can translate business needs into the language of developers so the small steps fits the overall company strategy.
