Project management specialist within the areas digital marketing, brand management, customer service management, social media, interactive product development and localisation. A substantial part of my career have been within the Toys industry and I have worked almost 10 years in Hong Kong with Product Management and with development and localisation of interactive learning products. This has given me an enormous experience, both in term of cultural understanding and a wide range of professional knowledge. As Digital Brand Manager, I was been responsible for providing digital leadership and expertise while managing development and implementation of digital marketing activities. I had the overall responsibility for all online ATL marketing activities across approximately 80 product brands. I managed the design and production of all consumer facing digital assets and coordinated with internal stakeholders, external service providers and our media agency as well as with media partners directly. •More than 10 years experience in Project Management. •Successfully launched Zendesk customer Service Platform monthly handling 2.000+ inquiries. •Managing multiple branded websites on a wide range of different CMS platforms. •Experienced with the principle of good corporate governance, legal due diligence and CPP. •Successfully establishing and managed platform for localisation of interactive products. •Experience in customer survey development and management with SurvayXact. •Technical know-how, digitally knowledgeable and solid IT comprehension •Experience from managing customer loyalty fanclub. •Typo3 Intranet editor know-how. •Experience in managing “special focus” and fast-track projects. •Highly experienced with Nordic consumers and Nordic focused organisations.
