My most recent/current work has been as Head of Inclusion and Diversity at Colt Technology Services where I provide strategic direction and management over all aspects of the Inclusion and Diversity function and encompasses; facilitating business change projects, monitoring / evaluating existing systems and processes, and supporting senior leaders to achieve core business objectives. I greatly enjoy all aspect of this diverse position and have thrived on finding solutions to complex issues. I have a proven record for managing intricate projects with diverse clients and senior stakeholders and have successfully developed and led colleagues and highly successful HR teams. I have a wealth of specialist knowledge and strong problem-solving ability. Fundamentally, however, I am an effective communicator with the ability to both organise and motivate people. I believe that the success of any business is basically reliant on the people who are involved with it and my ability to deliver HR-related solutions comes with helping others achieve excellence themselves. I have a strong record multi-site / Regional level management and I consider my ability to multi-task, whilst maintaining a focused, strategic vision, to be a real professional strength. I lead by example and am both a team player and an independent thinker, with a genuine passion for HR & delivering outcomes that contribute to sustainable, commercial success. It is important to me that I enjoy my work and see a positive difference.
