Code and Theory is an award-winning creative agency that creates products, content and campaigns across physical and digital worlds. Founded in New York in late 2001, Code and Theory is one of the largest remaining independently-owned creative agencies in the U.S., with more than 230 people working across offices in New York, London, San Francisco and Manila. The agency creates across the entire ecosystem - from physical and digital product creation to digital marketing and storytelling. Our past and current clients include Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Maybelline New York, Comcast, Vogue, the BURGER KING brand, Guardian News and Media, Mashable, the Los Angeles Times, and many others.

An operations and client service leader with extensive experience building brands, relationships, and teams in agencies large and small. Strategic business builder, independently motivated with the ability to thrive in both traditional and non-traditional environments. Managed P&Ls at the account and enterprise-level in excess of $40M. Currently, I am Managing Director at independent agency YARD NYC where I oversee a team of 50 people and have lead the agency to 2 Adage Small Agency Awards in 3 years. Previously I was was GVP at Huge and before that a Partner at Code and Theory for 5 years where I lead client services, operations and played a key role in the agency's growth from 25 to 250 people. Originally from the UK, I started my career at McCann Erickson before moving on to independent digital agency Code Computerlove. In 2014 I co-founded Diaboli Kill Jewelry with my wife and creative director Angie Marei, something she now runs, but I continue to support its growth in my spare time. DIaboli Kill has been written up by Huffington Post, recognized as a Future Talent by Vogue Italia and worn by Alicia Keys, Beyonce, Nikki Minaj & Rihanna to name just a few.
