Campaign Monitor makes it easy for you to create, send, and optimize your email marketing campaigns.

I write words and code for Google, primarily focusing on external developers and internal teams. I speak the language of customers, designers, product managers, and developers to make people's lives easier. I previously worked at Campaign Monitor, where I wrote consumer product documentation, UX copy, and API docs. I also designed and built websites, productivity tools, and style guides, and connected and supported teams with product knowledge. In the distant past I was a technology journalist in both print and online. I've also directed and produced theatre shows with cast and crew sizes ranging from five to 100, leading and working with creatives of varying disciplines to achieve a single vision.
