Currently COO at Mux, a video technology company, where I am responsible for Go-to-Market (Sales, Demand Gen, Customer Success), Finance, People and Operations. I also manage a small family office and advise SaaS and Internet start-ups. Previously I led business operations & strategy at Campaign Monitor (now CM Group), a leading email marketing SaaS business, where I was a leader in building the go-to-market and operations functions. Before that, I was a growth equity investor at Spectrum Equity, where I sourced and executed new investments and worked with companies in the software and internet space. Prior to that, I worked as a portfolio operations focused analyst at Bain Capital Credit (Sankaty Advisors), working with middle market companies in turn-around and growth situations.
