Executive Vice President, Design and Business Development

Cambria is engaged in selling primarily lumber, or lumber and a general line of building materials, to the general public. While these may sell primarily to construction contractors, they are known as retail in the trade. The lumber which they sell may include rough and dressed lumber, flooring, molding, doors, sashes, frames, and other millwork. The building materials may include roofing, siding, shingles, wallboard, paint, brick, tile, cement, sand, gravel, and other building materials and supplies. Hardware is often an important line sold by retail lumber and building materials dealers.

With over 20 years of work experience, I am a passionate and visionary leader in the home and design industry. I combine my trend-spotting, creative, and analytical skills to drive design innovation and business development at Cambria, the leading producer of natural quartz surfaces in North America. My mission is to translate consumers’ existing and unmet wants and needs into product development, and to expand Cambria's exposure across multiple influential channels. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as the daughter of a cabinet maker, and a long-time employee of Cambria. As the Executive Vice President of Design, I travel the globe to source inspiration for Cambria’s continuous pipeline of new design launches. I am responsible for overseeing all new design projects, from concept to execution, and collaborating with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the highest quality and performance of the products. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my role are marketing, sales, management, design, communication, and strategic thinking.
