Cambria is engaged in selling primarily lumber, or lumber and a general line of building materials, to the general public. While these may sell primarily to construction contractors, they are known as retail in the trade. The lumber which they sell may include rough and dressed lumber, flooring, molding, doors, sashes, frames, and other millwork. The building materials may include roofing, siding, shingles, wallboard, paint, brick, tile, cement, sand, gravel, and other building materials and supplies. Hardware is often an important line sold by retail lumber and building materials dealers.

I am a savvy strategic business executive accomplished in strategic transformations, turn arounds, start ups, organizational development and change management. I am always business first and all that happens in HR must support the business. My experience spans from the big corporate company to the small start ups. I have seen it all and done it all as it relates to people and HR in business. I enjoy manufacturing for the touch and feel of the final product. I love building a team in both the HR function and with executive teams. I am a strong facilitator with an intuitive knack for building a collaborative but decisive environment quickly and becoming a trusted advisor at all levels. I am down to earth, what you see is what you get! I function well in both boots and a hard hat on the manufacturing floor or in my heels in the corporate office.
