After 15 wonderful years, I retired in January 2023 as CEO of Calabrio. During that time I was honored to build a team from a handful of people to nearly 700. We took the company from one office and a small amount of revenue to $200 million and a billion dollar valuation. In that time: -We expanded from one office to five globally -We acquired Symetrics in Vancouver and Teleopti in Sweden -We had two PE transactions: First to KKR for $200 million 2016 and then for $1 billion in 2021 to Thoma Bravo -We did this with a maniacal focus on our employees and customers, being Easy, Personalized and Smart really works!!! Today I will continue my board work with the Nerdery and Children's of Minnesota.
