When Burgess & Niple was established in 1912, the science of water management was in its infancy. Roads were for horses and carriages. And nobody had heard of environmental assessment. Through all of the changes in the past century, B&N gained first-hand experience and a reputation for high quality work along the way. We have designed roads, buildings, dams, tunnels, bridges, sewers, and hydroelectric power plants. We inspect, survey, study, develop and plan. We have pioneered many techniques, including breakthroughs in water treatment and new approaches to bridge inspection. As technology develops, we continue to work on the leading edge, always seeking innovative and cost effective solutions.

Comprehensive HR experience including coaching, development and delivery of initiatives to drive company goals, working with corporate objectives to meet organizational and employee needs, collaborating with key leaders to recommend and deliver business-right objectives. Ability to identify issues and work collaboratively to find resolutions, manage the design and development tools to assist employees in benefit selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions. Coordinate and deploy performance management and annual salary reviews throughout the company.
