A proven executive with over 20 years of experience in private credit / leveraged finance for middle-market companies with significant expertise in underwriting, structuring, and syndicating senior, second lien and unitranche debt. Partnered with numerous companies to provide capital to accelerate organic growth and complete strategic add-on acquisitions. Proven experience managing projects across various functional areas. Excellent track record of building teams. Have worked across a broad spectrum of industries but since 2015, have led healthcare underwriting efforts for Antares. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 kids.
