Founded in 2000, Blink UX is a Seattle-based user experience research and design firm specializing in digital products. With over 20 years in User Experience Research I thrive on taking ambiguous, fuzzy concepts and molding them into tangible, measurable experiences through rigorous methodologies combined with scrappy, “guerilla” research to get at truly meaningful and actionable end-to-end insights. My user research experience spans a variety of domains, cultures, and methodologies – both quantitative and qualitative, including extensive work in hardware and software in the US and Asia. My approach is grounded in a profound sense of empathy toward the end user, feeling their “pain”, and understanding how that experience may compromise their workflow, enjoyment, and ROI. My passion for customer UX requires rigorous attention to user-centered design in everything I do. From exploratory research and proof of concepts through the complete design and development cycle, including marketing and packaging, my goal is to see that user research is integrated into the entire end-to-end process.
