I am the HR Director and a partner at Blink. My role wears many hats, all people-focused, which energizes me. My days focus on all that comes with being a member of a small HR team for a fast-paced, consulting company including employee development and training, recruiting strategy, diversity and inclusion initiatives, compensation, and benefits. I enjoy working in a place where I am surrounded each day by smart, kind, and passionate people. In my spare time, you can usually find me reading, planning my next trip, or eating at a yummy local establishment.
