Jim Eichmann is an experienced CTO in software development, cloud technologies and data science ranging from startups to midsize Fintech organizations. As a CTO, Jim leads the long-term technology vision and is responsible for building data centric applications within an organization. He has helped companies grow to $100 million in revenue where he contributed to growth using technology. Throughout his career, he has participated in multiple M&A events to attain financial targets. Jim is a New Jersey CIO of the Year honoree and technology speaker at multiple NJ conferences. He has published articles addressing digital transformation and is a former board member for several technology organizations. As a certified Scrum master and P&L owner, Jim has created multiple agile teams to consistently deliver highly scalable products processing trillions of dollars in financial transactions. He has managed and integrated offshore development resources for successful product releases. He has also established internal systems for moving money into both the ACH and credit card networks while maintaining the strictest levels of security for industry compliance. Today Jim resides in New Jersey with his wife and two sons. He likes to travel and play golf in the warm weather and ski in the colder months. As an executive CTO Jim likes working and strategizing for dynamic high growth companies where he can utilize his skills in technology, strategic planning, customer relations, fundraising and alliance building across the enterprise.
