Richard Tea leads Analytics and Marketing Performance team at BDC which touches Web Analytics, Client Analytics, Advanced Analytics). Recently, he was responsible for Marketing Automation and Technology, developing and implementing strategies to evolve its capabilities (e.g.: Email Channel, Lead Management, Demand Generation, Cross-­Channel Orchestration, Multi-Channel Campaign Marketing. Richard was responsible for the growth of the centralized pipeline and quality of leads by implementing marketing automation programs, advancing email strategy and improving overall campaign performance. He has over 15 years of experience in Management Consulting and IT, previously in Strategy, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Architecture, Online Content Management, Web Platform Administration / Development. • Experienced and specialized in the financial services industry, he helped the established players build the right foundations to innovate, remain agile and create value. • Proved to be a Subject Matter Expert, a trusted advisor to Senior IT Directors and capable of delivering great results in complex environments for demanding clients throughout several industries. • Certifications: Harvard Certificate in Leadership and Management, Six Sigma “Yellow Belt”.
