A professional engineer and project manager with enterprise application architecture, information technology and telecommunications experience in various engineering, project/program management and people management positions. Led projects and teams involved in design and integration of computer systems, communication networks and global computer technology transfer.Working experience include enterprise architecture, project management, IS/IT consulting services, datacenter and telecommunication projects with BDC, MolsonCoors, Bell Canada, UNISYS and EDS. Ion is MSEE graduate in Electronic Engineering with a Major in Telecommunications. and a registered Professional Engineer, member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, He complemented his engineering skills with project management skills in the George Washington University Master Certificate Program and business skills in the Concordia University MBA program.Presently working as Director of Solutions Architecture at BDC (Business Development Bank of Canada) with focus on long term evolution of IT and Financial systems as well as developing the Enterprise Architecture practice.Prior positions include:- Enterprise Architect at MolsonCoors with focus on enterprise applications (ex.
