From seed through expansion to exit, our mandate is to help build outstanding Canadian companies, while working to create a sound financial ecosystem for Canadian technology ventures.

As an ex-engineer with a background in IT, I have provided financing to a number of early stage and growth IT companies (engineering, software, mobile, cloud, etc). Through periodic reviews and meetings, I have monitored the financial performance of these companies and suggested ways to overcome potential issues. Also introduced portfolio companies to other advisors, government funded programs, etc. for additional assistance/resources. I have been constantly recognized by the companies (see below) for my knowledge, responsiveness and eagerness to support the growth of their business. In addition, three portfolio companies successfully exited (via acquisitions): FileMobile by an Australian company Zewzulu, Careerify by Linkedin, and Dine.TO by Yellow Pages.Most recently helped organize the Canadian FinTech Summit bringing together leading Canadian FinTech companies, and financial institution thought leaders.
