I have a lot of interests, usually converging around a few themes: 1. Helping people explore the world, find their passion, pursue it, and continually identify if they are on the right track. 2. Making data-based decision making accessible to your situation in any facet of life. 3. Utilizing technology to allow for scalable solutions to the troubles and problems that humans face. I do this in a few ways currently: 1. I am the Co-Founder of the Institute of Meaningful Instruction where we specialize in Instructional Design, Systems Analysis, and Precision Measurement. These three things, along with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) can solve some of the most complex problems we face. One niche that we have approached is working with parent and student dyads in an online format to allow them to learn to understand each other, set and attain goals, and have meaningful conversations around the progress and barriers that come up as a result of their personal situations. We host that at www.exploringtomorrow.org. 2. I work with numerous professionals in the field of education, technology, behavioral science and entrepreneurship to host and deliver professional development events. We also work towards creating free materials for people to explore various fields, create platforms for accessing various behavioral science and related material for students to explore, as well as online instructional materials. I received an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in Orlando, FL in May of 2013. Prior to that, I received my B.A. from the University of Nevada, Reno while majoring in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration.
