Arc Worldwide is a marketing and advertising agency which provides relationship strategies, campaign strategy and management, acquisition / retention / loyalty programs.

After college I began my career with the US Navy. Initially this was going to be for only three years while I thought about what I wanted to do next, but that decision grew into an entire career. I began as a computer programmer working in automated communications, data interoperability at NATO, and teaching computer programming. I also had assignments outside of computer work. I had the opportunity to be second in command of the US Naval base in Naples Italy. I ended my Navy career in recruiting with a number of assignments managing multi-state recruiting areas, directing the Navy recruiting’s national advertising program, and responsibility for entrance processing for the Armed Forces nationally. When I left the Navy I began work at Leo Burnett beginning on the US Army recruiting account. While there I have been assigned to other accounts where I built global lead flow systems, managed data quality, and designed reporting systems.
