Arc Worldwide is a marketing and advertising agency which provides relationship strategies, campaign strategy and management, acquisition / retention / loyalty programs.

I’ve spent the last 13 years taking one assignment on Procter & Gamble and helped to grow into a business of 24 of P&G’s biggest brands and 5 retailer teams. From FSI’s to free-standing displays to eCommerce pages to Effie winning programs, I lead the Arc P&G Team through hundreds of new product and promotional initiatives every year. Over this time, we have gone from a team of 5 to 135. I’ve had the honor of identifying the needs, the diversity, talent and hiring of a multi-disciplined team of some 57 Creatives. I’m proud to have grown myself, but my greatest accomplishment has been fostering the growth and development of these gifted people. For the last several years as the Creative Lead across the business, we have moved far beyond the “in-store” agency for which we were first hired, and have become one of P&G’s strongest agency partners touching their marketing efforts across all things that motivate a shopper: Brand Positioning, Identity, Marketing Promotions, Product Launch, CRM/Loyalty, Go-to-Market Strategies, In-Store POS and Display, Shopper Based Design, Packaging, eCommerce, as well as Mobile and Digital Content. I like to say there’s nothing we cannot do and we’ve progressively changed our model, approach and experience to remain ahead of the game and ready for where our clients need to go next. Taking on the challenges confronting the world’s largest marketer have resulted in consistent revenue growth year after year, and proudly winning for our clients in the marketplace and accolades in our industry as we have gathered hardware in Effies, Reggies, Pro Awards, POPAI OMA Awards, Design of the Times, DigiDay, Obie Awards and Addys, to name a great few. Besides leading creative, purposeful solutions for our business, I also like to spend a good amount of time washing towels to ensure more dry humor. I also look after three growing boys and a vivacious puppy. I love to run. I love to bake. And I’m a diehard for all things Cubs. This is “next” year.
