Passionate about delivering pharmaceutical products to patients in need, I have 20+ years of experience as an Analytical Chemist/Scientist in research and development with expertise in the quality control laboratory. An experienced lab manager I am responsible for all cross-functional activities, leading scientists in the testing and release of drug product/APIs. I work as a scientist and group leader managing multiple projects of various scope and complexity where I oversee the testing of API’s from beginning to completion for manufacture. I build effective relationships to influence and gain cooperation across the various departments and drive the completion for the release of API’s within agreed timelines and quality parameters. Recognized for my critical thinking, leadership abilities, strong commitment, attention to detail and understanding of urgency, I contribute and support the manufacture and production of commercial and development pharmaceutical products.
