Rose McCarty is a highly effective and influential C-Suite executive with more than 15 years of experience transforming departments from traditional cost centers into revenue driving teams. She is also the founder of RunRoseRun - a charity helping to raise support and awareness for at-risk youth across the nation. McCarty headed up strategic marketing as VP for alliantgroup, a leading international tax specialty services provider, where she led all marketing, communications, public relations, events, and data science efforts. She also established a new data science team responsible for building custom machine and deep learning models. In 2016, McCarty joined Stewart Title, one of the largest players in the title industry, as VP of Marketing. Hired to revitalize the company’s underperforming marketing efforts, she quickly aligned the team with her vision and successfully escalated lead generation to drive revenue growth in new customer success and complementary product offerings. McCarty was recruited in 2012 for the role of Executive Director of Marketing, Operations and Technology for the Edge Group, a company that specializes in B2B and B2C electrical and electronic manufacturing and distribution. She transformed the departments in less than two years, leading the strategy and implementation of marketing, operations and MarTech programs. Beginning her career with Compass Group North America, a leading global food and support company, McCarty quickly rose through the ranks from Senior Marketing Manager to Northeastern District Director of Marketing & Sales. As a thought leader in the industry, McCarty has spoken at the New York Stock Exchange, and is a frequent speaker at conferences such as MRMW and Avocet Communications podcast: Episode 285: Aligning Your Sales and Marketing Teams. She was also named to Texas Diversity Magazine’s inaugural Houston Power 50 list of high performing C-Suite woman executives and recognized by Houston Business Journal for “People on the Move”. Her passion to support and raise awareness for at-risk youth across the nation at a time when COVID-19 had dramatically impeded fundraising efforts inspired her to start RunRoseRun, a charity with the mission of helping at-risk youth. She also appeared as a guest on Fox News San Diego and was interviewed by motivational speaker Jason Romero for running 1,000 miles throughout the country in support of RunRoseRun. In her spare time, you will find her running, traveling the world, volunteering or nurturing one of her five rescue dogs.
