I’m an award-winning CIO (Orbie’s 2022 CIO of the Year, HMG’s 2021 Global Transformation Leader, and ComputerWorld’s 2019 Top 100 CIOs) with hands-on experience in Agile development, cloud transformation, and mergers and acquisitions. At McKinsey, I advise and serve clients across a range of industries on topics including digital transformation, cyber security and innovation. I’m passionate about elevating IT and shifting the dialogue in organizations from IT solutions and business results. My proudest achievement is changing the culture of an IT organization I led from a negative net-promoter score to winning Forbes Best Places to Work in IT. I’m a frequent keynote speaker on the topics of Agile Development, Ransomware, Data Privacy, and how to best elevate IT. I also sit on several non-profit boards supporting people in poverty as well as the helping under-privileged youth to gain technology skills. Before joining McKinsey, I was the CIO at information services, publishing and digital media company EBSCO Industries. Outside of work, I enjoy scuba diving and spending time with my two kids.
