We are a leading global provider of networking and communications equipment. Our products enable voice, data, video and Internet communications across a variety of network infrastructures. Our solutions are currently in use by service providers, private enterprises, government organizations and millions of individual users worldwide.

A customer of mine once told me that he believes in approaching business and life with a clear and honest agenda. That it is important to communicate and explain directives, then encourage feedback . He continued by saying that the only thing any company has to offer is customer service, as all other technological, electronic, or commercial services can be duplicated or will soon be obsolete. He encouraged me to listen to my customers, then work as a team to create innovative solutions to satisfy their needs. He concluded by saying that customers rarely want to just buy technology or a product, but instead are looking for a complete solution that resolves their individual issue. Fill that need and the customer is the winner, but you get the sale....and I couldn't agree more. On a personal note, I hail from Cohasset, Massachusetts and I am a proud graduate of Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Fl where I played NCAA Division II Men's Tennis.
